Return Policy

Return and exchange policy:

I want to be sure of your satisfaction with your experience with me. I offer store credit and exchanges within 7 days of purchase once the original piece is received. Please feel free to contact me first to resolve any issues you may have with your order before leaving feedback. It is my objective to make you happy with your purchase and I will do my best to ensure you are satisfied with your item.

*If you would like to exchange an item, you have up to 7 days to send the original item back to the returns department. Please contact me via email at littlebittydelights@gmail.com  for returns and exchange information.

Note: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once you have purchased an item you automatically agree to these terms.

 

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of the date of shipment for orders shipped with the US, or within 30 days for orders shipped internationally, and I will work to create a replacement piece. I reserve the right to request return shipment of the damaged item.

 

Items that can’t be returned:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for


  • Custom orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Personalized pieces
  • Special requests
If you have an issue with any of the above items, please contact me for a replacement piece or store credit. Please note, once you have purchased an item, you automatically agree to these terms.
